100% Compostable and Biodegradable
This cutlery meets international compostability standards such as ASTM D6400 and EN 13432, and has obtained certifications like BPI, DIN etc.. When disposed of in industrial composting facilities, it can fully decompose into natural substances within 90 - 180 days, causing no pollution to soil or water. It should be noted that it is not suitable for recycling bins as it may affect the recycling of other items.
Food - Safe and Harmless
The cutlery is produced with food - grade CPLA material and has passed FDA and SGS certifications. It contains no PFAS, toxic substances, or genetically modified ingredients, ensuring it is safe for both adults and children to use.
Enhanced Heat Resistance
The crystallization process significantly improves its heat - bearing capacity, enabling it to withstand temperatures up to approximately 85°C (185°F) without warping or melting. This makes it suitable for both hot and cold foods, and even microwave - safe in some cases. It outperforms regular PLA which has lower heat resistance.

PACKING AND LOADING
Our packaging solutions are designed to be flexible and robust. We offer individual wrapping in either compostable paper, standard PE-coated paper, or biodegradable film bags, allowing us to accommodate diverse customer needs for hygiene, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. For logistics, our export cartons are constructed from heavy-duty cardboard, offering the structural integrity required for safe ocean shipping, and can be customized with OEM printing to enhance your brand visibility.

Q: Do you have your own factory ?
A: We are manufacturer and we have our own factory with 33685 square meters workshop.
Q: Can you print our company logo on the CPLA cutlery package? What are the requirements?
A: Yes, we offer logo printing on packaging (compostable bags or cartons) , we require an MOQ of 100,000 pcs for each.
Q: Do you have your own R&D team?
A: Yes,and we can customize products as your requirements.
Q: Can you provide free samples for quality testing? How long does it take to receive samples?
A: Yes, we offer 5-10 sets of free standard samples. The sample cost is free, but the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee (usually $20-$50 via DHL). Samples are shipped within 2 working days after confirming the shipping address.
Q: What about the packing of cutlery
A: it can be packed in OPP bags by loosing, or individual wrapped.
Q: How's the delivery time?
A: lt depends on the quantity you need, 1-20 days usually.
Q: What are your payment terms? Do you accept L/C or T/T?
A: Our standard payment terms are: 30% deposit via T/T in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. For large orders (≥300,000 sets), we accept L/C at sight. We also support PayPal for sample orders (≤1,000 sets).
