Our factory operates with high efficiency and precision, featuring a fleet of 10 advanced injection molding production lines dedicated to CPLA cutlery. We maintain impressive output rates tailored to specific sizes: our 126mm cutlery achieves 6,700 pieces per hour, while the 165mm range produces 3,600 pieces per hour. Additionally, our 155mm sporks (fork-spoon combination) reach a capacity of 6,300 pieces per hour. To ensure the highest quality standards, we utilize fully automated single-packaging machines and implement strict quality control protocols, where our professional QC team conducts regular random inspections throughout the entire manufacturing process.
